Kabbalah is an oral tradition of living esoteric knowledge. It’s teachings are universal and applicable to science, psychology, spirituality and divinity.
The tools of the tradition are the Tree of Life and Jacob’s Ladder. These clear, elegant diagrams describe the living principles of existence and levels of consciousness. For each individual they are reference maps for interior growth and Self realisation.
The path of integration means awakening to the principles at work within and observing how life experiences are carefully tailored to each person for their refinement and individuation.
During the two-day workshop we will be using contemplation, guided imagery meditation and ritual to bring the Tree to life through experience.

A day workshop on the Mind and the Way of Contemplation. With different meditations the relationship between the psyche(the Yetziratic Tree) and the Spirit ( the Beriatic Tree) will be investigated. The Way of Contemplation and the training of the focus of the mind provide a clear method to connect to and experience the upper worlds.

Kabbalah and Vision – November 30th 2013

A day workshop on the experience of our vision externally and internally. Firstly exercises will be taught to help understand how the perception of our environment is intimately entwined with our Fate( the condition we came into this world with). Then guided internal meditations help us to develop our internal vision bringing us more into contact with the upper worlds. With practise we can stabilise these experiences gradually harmonising both the internal and external vision. This in turn can help develop our vision of our potential Destiny.

The workshops will be with Andy Henry, who has been teaching Kabbalah since 2005. He has studied Kabbalah with Z’ev Ben Shimon Halevi and other teachers since 1995. He is a well established teacher and healer in the Eastern Traditions, running healing clinics and teaching groups in England, Spain and Portugal since 1990

Alison has been studying the Toledano tradition of Kabbalah for 14 years and a tutor for
4 years. Having also trained in Systemic Constellations and Transpersonal counseling (foundation), whilst working with youth, business owners and the dying,she is passionately committed to supporting others on a spiritual path to explore their own potential and wholeness. She has learned and participated in psycho-spiritual practices from Medicine, Celtic and Eastern traditions.
